Gretchen Dresen’s World Famous Corn Pudding!

2 cans Corn or 4 cups fresh/frozen

3 Eggs

4 tablespoons Sugar

3 tablespoons Flour or 1 tablespoon flour and 8 crushed Soda Crackers

1 teaspoon Salt

2 cups Milk

4 tablespoons Butter, cut into 1/4 inch squares

Beat eggs – add the rest of the ingredients, except for the butter

Dot the butter on top of the casserole.

Bake @ 350 degrees for about an hour, stirring once.
