I am hoping that I can locate the Bekah Kate's employee that made the brown cookie cutouts with the ice blue frosting. Those were GORGEOUS!! I don't remember her name, but I asked her how she came up with the color of blue and she said that she had purchased the "neon" color pack of food colorings and there were directions to concoct the "sky blue" color. I then purchased a neon food color packet and there were no directions for sky blue and it seems pretty unlikely that I could get sky blue from this particular packet. Help!
