Well, the theme this year seemed to be GREEN! And we were very excited to find lots of new products to fit into our expanding GREEN section at the store. We also were able to take in the keynote speaker – Paula Deen. She gave a very inspiring talk about some of the changes and expectations in the culinary year ahead. Emeril was in the Wusthof booth as we were looking at their new line of knives. Loved it!! We also got to see Alton Brown giving cooking demonstrations. All in all, it was a great show. Best of all, we found some items our customers were looking for and we’re glad to satisify their needs (the customer always comes first). Next show – StyleMax in April!
